A short living risk register
Context
How we handle what could derail the project. The model lists where risks sit and how to respond (see risk).
Decision (proposed)
Keep a short, living register rather than a thick document. Weight the everyday threats — funding falling short, founders wearing down — above rare dramatic events, while respecting fire and drought in site and species choices.
Why
For a small project the mundane risks are the ones that actually end it; fire is the exception that must shape the land itself.
Constraints
Limited time to monitor, so the register has to stay light to get used.
Revisit when
A risk materialises, or the site's hazard profile changes what matters most.
